RETURNS, CANCEL & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We offer 2 days of hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned products to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
  • Pick-up will be attempted twice if the courier company cannot pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the service availability in your area pin code.
  • For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
  • Please return your products in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  • Kindly allow 7 days for the return amount shown in your bank account to be processed. PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS / BANK TRANSFERS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
  • Payments made with the COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
  •  Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

  • Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  •  To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes. ChindiChors may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
  • Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable to that order.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT / CUSTOM ORDER DEALS

Any items purchased during a Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges.

Any kind of Sale Items where a certain percentage off are not refundable or returnable

Any Custom Orders with ChindiChors/Fytted Fashions is not eligible for Returns or exchange.

SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE:

  • In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address:
  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the products), the full amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of a coupon code in case of COD.
    PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self-return as they are unreliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity with the most widely distributed postal network in India.
